Fixed Point is a unique community and coworking space located in the heart of Prague operated by Epistea. We support organizations and individuals working on existential security, epistemics, rationality, and effective altruism.
Coworking office space Fixed Point for up to 50 people located at Koperníkova ６ (map). Because of our limited capacity, we ask potential visitors to apply ahead of time.
It has a good number of small office spaces (each office for 1-8 people), many common areas for eating meals or hanging out, multiple meeting rooms, a large common space for events, large kitchen, gym, a garden, and of course, a tea room. It is also right by Grébovka, one of Prague’s popular parks.

The fixed desk membership provides you with access to your designated table 24/7, allowing you to work whenever suits you best.
This membership includes lunches, snacks, and high quality tea and coffee to keep you fueled throughout the day. We understand the importance of a well-rounded work environment, so we provide 24/7 access to our gym and plenty of common areas for relaxation or collaboration. We offer unlimited free reservations for our meeting rooms and call booths. Our staff is available to provide technical support, facility-related assistance, and guidance to improve your productivity. As a member, you will receive free entrance to all events organized by the Fixed Point team. We regularly host workshops, discussions, guided meditations, and social gatherings.
The default membership contribution is 880 EUR per person per month, prorated daily. Membership fee price has been designed to cover the expenses associated with running the house. We of course understand that the full price may be a financial constraint for some guests, so discounted rates are available based on individual financial circumstances. In general, we will offer financial aid to students, those with less stable income, or irregular visitors who will only be around a few days in a month. If your primary organization is in a position to cover your stay at Fixed Point, we can invoice them directly. Depending on the demand and our ability to use the space, we will prioritize guests who work on longtermist/rationality and effective altruism projects.
To encourage more short-term visitors, we offer a free three-day guest pass.
